When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since some of our seasonal favorites are made to order, a few items may take a little longer — we'll always flag that on the product page.
Do you restock seasonal items?
Sometimes! Our seasonal drops come and go with the calendar, so if something catches your eye, we'd grab it while it's here. Sign up for updates so you don't miss the next drop.
What's your return policy?
If something isn't quite right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — refund, exchange, or store credit, whatever works best for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We keep our packaging fun and gift-ready as-is! If you need something extra special for a specific occasion, drop us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. We're always evaluating international shipping, so stay tuned!
